Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off & Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is confirmed.
